Cast Iron Skillet Baked Beans
Way better than the canned...cooked over a fire is best.
Chopped onion
Garlic
Green Onion
Lime Juice
Brown Sugar
Hot Sauce
Worcestershire Sauce
Bacon (just a tiny bit)
Beer
Black Beans
White Beans
Kidney Beans
Start the onion, bacon and garlic in the oiled skillet at medium heat. Once browned, add the beans and simmer for about 10 min. Add rest of ingredients and cook down for about 10 more min. Let cool and enjoy.
