Garlic Green Beans

Without all of the sodium, my version of garlic green beans could be a side dish or a main meal!

Fresh Cut Green Beans (I use about 2lbs)

Fresh Garlic (bottled with do)

Soy Sauce (Low sodium)

Black Pepper

Fill a large saucepan with about 1/4 cup water. Add your green beans whole to the water. Turn on heat to high and cook for approx. 5 minutes, covered. After the green beans begin to soften add the garlic (as much as you want) and soy sauce. Uncover and turn to low heat. Add pepper as the beans simmer. Cook until the beans are to your desired softness. Drain and enjoy.
